PLEASE NOTE
In the following statements, "shipping"
refers to orders arriving at their
destination address via a third-party
carrier (e.g. FedEx, United
States Postal Service). The time frames
provided are to be used only as a guideline
for these third-party carriers.

SHIPPING RATES:
ACTNT.com
will automatically configure your shipping costs during the
checkout process. All orders with a
validated address will be shipped by the
carrier chosen in your shopping cart.
Note: Certain items may require an
additional handling charge. The amount of
these charges will be listed with the
product and in most cases, be automatically
added in your shopping cart.

PROCESSING TIME:
Your order is
thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card
Department to ensure that the order is
accurate, the payment method is valid, and
you are authorized to use this payment
method. Once your order has passed the
review by our Credit Card
Department, it is sent for
shipment. Please note, credit card
processing can take up to 3 business days
(Depending on the accuracy of the
information given to us by the customer.).
Further, for security reasons, voice
confirmation may be required before we can
process your credit card for payment. If the
item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will
ship them as soon as possible. If the item(s)
on your order are out of stock, they will
not be shipped until we have received and
processed the backordered inventory.

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY:
Total time is
based on the amount of time it takes to get
payment authorization, order processing, and
the transit time from the carrier. This can
range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock
items.

order, shipping charges are not refundable.

SHIPS ORDERS:
ACTNT.com offers
shipping to all United States addresses
including Alaska and Hawaii, APO/FPO, Puerto
Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and
Canada.
Note: A surcharge may be added for orders
shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and all United
States Protectorates. All shipments to
Canada will be considered international and
additional shipping charges will be added to
the original order.
For APO/FPO addresses,
please enter APO/FPO in the city field, the
applicable code in the state field
(AA/AE/AP) and your APO/FPO zip code.
Shipping
restrictions are as follows:
P.O. Boxes and APO addresses will be serviced
by the United States Postal Service.
Due to postal regulations,
any order that weighs more than 70 lbs. or
exceeds certain dimensions cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
ACTNT.com cannot ensure that
orders to APO/FPO addresses or to any United
States
Protectorate will be delivered within the Standard service window
of 3 to 7 business days.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
addresses are offered the Standard service
option only.

ORDER TRACKING AND DELIVERY:
If your order is
shipped by UPS or USPS, you can track your
package as it makes its way to its final
address. When your order has been shipped,
you will receive an e-mail shipping
confirmation with a tracking or delivery
confirmation number.
To track your order, go to the carriers
Web site and enter your tracking number.
To check
on the status of your order if it has not
yet been picked up by the carrier, send an
email request, including the Order ID# to
sales@actnt.com and someone will respond
promptly. |
