Payment Policy - We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, eCheck.Net®, PayPal, Check and Purchase Order (with prior approval).

McAfee Secure is a comprehensive web security certification service -  McAfee SECURE web sites have passed a set of daily security scans that helps address your security concerns like hackers stealing your confidential information. The sites are also tested for "phishing" and other online scams, as well as affiliations with dangerous sites, excessive pop-ups, and browser exploits. The "live" McAfee SECURE trustmark appears only when the site has passed all of these tests.

Shipping Policy - Unless otherwise noted, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our standard shipping is via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Unless otherwise requested by the customer, the shipping service will be chosen by us.  If you would like expedited shipping for your order, contact sales@actnt.com for a quote.

International shipping -  All International orders must be purchased with certified cashiers check, money order or bank transfer. All International orders must be prepaid prior to release of shipment. Please allow at least 10 days for payment to be processed. No refunds for international orders will be available once shipment has been finalized. International customers should be aware that shipping and applicable duty tax costs may be significantly higher than the actual value of the ordered product. 

Returned Goods - All returned goods must have an return authorization number assigned. Please contact sales@actnt.com to request a returned goods request form. Returns must be within 15 days from date of original shipment. All returned goods must be sent prepaid. Any return that is not prepaid will be refused. If goods are being returned due to an error by Healthcare Services by A.C.T.N.T, LLC, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you to attach to the returned goods package.  All returned goods must be in original packaging and in original condition. A 15% restocking fee may be charged in certain circumstances. Contact sales@actnt.com for further information.

Damaged Goods - If you receive a package that you believe is damaged, we ask that you call the shipping service for an inspection of the damaged articles. Please save all boxes and packing material to prove the goods were packed properly. All damage claims must be reported to the shipping service within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. Healthcare Services by A.C.T.N.T, LLC assumes no liability for damage due to carrier.

Pricing - Products are priced "each" unless otherwise noted. Our prices are as current as possible, but many of our vendors issue price changes without notice. Therefore, all our prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Product Warranties - Healthcare Services by A.C.T.N.T, LLC gives no express warranties on any merchandise we carry. However, most items are covered by a vendor or manufacturer's warranty. No guarantee is implied as to the accuracy of information in products from our vendors. These products do not necessarily represent the views or opinions of Healthcare Services by A.C.T.N.T, LLC.

Our Guarantee - Satisfaction is our goal. If for some reason we do not meet your standards or you are simply not happy with our services, we  will make every effort to reconcile your concerns. If this is not possible, then a refund may be issued.
